Please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorizations form below to begin your return process. Once your request is received and approved you will receive an email along with your RMA number and return instructions.

To ensure a successful return please make sure all items returned are new, unused, unwashed and in their original condition (except items are covered by our Wee Guarantee program). Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include their original tags and packaging (if applicable).

If you have defective merchandise please contact us directly at thru our Customer Service system and we will be able to provide you with the manufacturer's return and contact information.

Wee Guarantee Program: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the bumGenius Organic All-in-One One Size diapers, bumGenius One Size 3.0 Pocket Diapers, or Gro Baby diapers within 45 days of the purchase date for store credit or a refund (less original shipping costs if your order was shipped with free shipping). Returns must be postmarked no later than 45 days!
