If you have defective merchandise please contact us directly at thru our customer service ticket system and we will give you specific manufacturer return information.
If you are returning Bumgenius one size pocket diapers thru our Wee Guarantee Program there is no restocking fee. (Please be sure that you are within your 30 days to be able to participate.)
